Blender Recipes
Avocado Soup- 2 avocados
- 1 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 cucumber finely chopped
- some parsley finely chopped
Place avocados (without skin and pit), yogurt, lemon juice and garlic clove in the Vita-Mix blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and mix with chopped cucumber and parsley.
